All packages are fixed however you can also add/remove items subject to approval and also add to your chosen package any additional add-ons/upgrades

All quotations are calculated on an individual per event basis which takes into consideration the chosen package including any additional add-on’s, location of the event and the required time on site to set up

Currently we are not VAT registered, the invoice will reflect the breakdown of the total price for your event with no hidden costs

To secure the date requested you are required to make a deposit payment of 25% of the total cost of the required service. The remaining balance would be due a month before the event.

Please note your deposit is non-refundable if for any reason you need to cancel your event not going ahead the contract will state this information however rescheduling the date is possible.

Le Pash Entertainment always arrives on site in plenty of time before the start of the event to avoid any unpredictable delays such as traffic or road closures where possible. depending on the package chosen for the event this can range from a minimum of one hour to set up the equipment, It would take a minimum of one hour depending on the package to pack up and vacate the venue.

This is not essential and never requested and completely at the discretion of the client if they choose to offer this during the event or not, however we do bring our own food to events.

This should be set up at the earliest convenience i.e. during the set up of the equipment before the start of the event however arrangements can be made if needed to be set up during the event if this is suitable.

Le Pash Entertainment prides itself in presenting themselves in a professional manner, we dress for the occasion, unless otherwise requested.

Le Pash Entertainment always arrives at the event location in plenty of time to avoid any road delays and closures. There is also a back up DJ in the event of sickness and roadside relay in the event of a breakdown. Back up equipment including mixers, speakers, lighting and music is also available.

Le Pash Entertaiment has Public Liability Insurance of £10million alongside a Portable Appliance Tested (PAT) certificate or all our equipment, the documents are provided to the venue upon request.

We require at least two 13-amp UK sockets where the DJ equipment is to be situated.

We always meet with clients after booking our services for a consultation, we pride ourself in providing an excellent professional service throughout the whole process from booking to leading up to the event day. there is always access to us 24/7 should you have any urgent questions or queries.

A lot of our work is taken on recommendation however we always welcome the music our clients want to hear and the music chosen will be included throughout the night

We have a vast amount of music, however from time to time clients may request a song we do not have, however rest assured we can download songs during the event too in an of event of world music being requested by guests

Overtime should be booked in advance, If overtime is not booked in advance we don’t mind the extra play, however please be aware that we cannot guarantee this due to other events the next day
